Thyabhorrent - Death Rides At Dawn [SCAM 012] Recorded at Kaellen's Studio from April 28th - May 1st 1990, Mixed on September 24th. Produced and Mixed by Ketil "Kaellen" Johansen and Thyabhorrent.

HISTORY The band began life in Norway in 1989 and was known as 'Abhorrent', The line-up was, Stian "Occultus" Johansen [Vocals], Cato "Biffen" Laurang [Guitars], Vegard "Knagg" Michalsen [Guitars], Jorgen "Sleepy" Bjornstad [Bass], Thomas "Persen" Pattersen [Drums]. After their first studio demo 'Occultus Brujeria' in 1990 they changed their name to 'Thyabhorrent' .

The demo would be pressed and released on 7" by Seraphic Decay in 1991.

Thyabhorrent would only record one other tape, which is the live rehearsal 'Incognitus from Orcustus'. Later on, Stian co-founded the Helvete shop with Geir "Thrasher" Bratteli and Euronymous. He would also sing and possibly played bass guitar for the legendary 'Mayhem' during the months following 'Dead's' suicide. Stian was also the editor of 'Sepulchral Noise' fanzine..
